Frequently Asked Questions
Who is For Culture Travel? For Culture Travel is a luxury travel agency founded on the belief that the best trips don’t come from a catalog — they come from relationships. And the best experiences happen when we add more to your story. We work with a select number of discerning clients to plan travel that is entirely their own: unhurried, deeply considered, and access-driven in ways that most agencies can’t offer.
What do you actually do?We handle everything — from the opening conversation to the moment you return home. That means destination strategy, itinerary design, accommodation, private transfers, experiences, restaurant reservations, and the thousand quiet details that make the difference between a good trip and an irreplaceable one. Our job is to make the entire process feel seamless, and the trip feel inevitable.
Who do you work best with?Clients who travel intentionally and expect things to be exactly right — without having to explain why. We work with couples, families, and close groups of friends who want someone they can trust completely to handle the details while they focus on the experience.
Do you work with specific destinations? We don’t limit ourselves geographically. Our network of partners — hotels, private operators, local guides — spans the world, and grows with every trip we take on. If you have somewhere in mind, we likely have a relationship there. If you don’t, we can help you find the right place for this particular chapter.
What is your planning fee?Hotel-only bookings and trips under 5 days are complimentary. For a trip more than 5 days, we charge a flat planning fee of $1,500. This covers 10-13 hours of our time spent planning behind-the-scenes and our expertise as well as access to our network — from initial conversation through your return. It reflects the depth of personalized service we provide. There are no hidden markups.
How do I get started?Reach out through our Contact page. We’ll schedule a brief conversation to learn more about you and what you have in mind. There’s no pressure and no pitch — just a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.
