How We Work

  • We begin with a call to understand your travel preferences, companions, and what you're hoping this trip will feel like. Our goal is to introduce you to people and places that are often offline.

  • We do the deep work: hand-selecting experiences that align with your style, then developing a tailored proposal.

  • Once approved, we orchestrate every reservation — hotels, dining, spa, transport, and beyond.

  • We cross-check your itinerary before you leave and schedule a call to walk through any final details.

  • We remain available throughout. Check-ins, last-minute adjustments, and after-hours support if anything unexpected arises.

Planning Fees

Hotel-only inquiries are complimentary to book.

For trips longer than five days, we begin with a non-refundable retainer of $1,500 (10-13 planning hours). Any time spent after that are billed prior to departure. Any unused balance rolls forward to your next trip. Very rarely do we find that additional time is needed in the planning process.

The retainer covers: a 60-minute consultation, a trip proposal, up to three itinerary revisions, flight research, transportation, a custom app, and dining and spa reservations.

Additional flat fees apply to air ticketing:

  • Domestic air ticketing: $25/adult

  • International air ticketing: $50/adult

  • Air ticket changes: $50/person
