Coordinating a private driver for a day to take guests outside of the city to explore a UNESCO World Heritage site with stops in small towns they’d never normally see.
Unexpected Hurdle
Despite confirming reservations, they showed up to dinner one night to find the restaurant had been booked months ago for a private event. Given our connections and quick-thinking, the owner of the restaurant was able to set them up with a quiet table on the heated terrace overlooking the river with little delay to their original reservation time.
